I once thought that I was doing the right things in life, and was living healthy enough to avoid all illnesses that could possibly affect me. I grew up as a heavy-set child, and in my early days as a teenager I became more concerned about the amount of weight that I carried rather than what I could possibly be doing to my health with the self-made diets that I followed. My eating habits weren’t the kind that I would follow now, and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Although I didn’t consider my weight affecting me when I was younger. I have questions and suspicions about the possible causes of my development of Multiple Sclerosis. More recently though, I eat, what I feel, is a much more sensible, healthy, and beneficial diet. After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, l continue with walking reqardless of how Multiple Sclerosis makes me feel.
In my book, I talk of how Multiple Sclerosis has affected my life not only from a personal perspective, but I try to encourage readers by telling a story of my life that I hope will capture the interest of everyone. I provide advice to those that have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis by including not only eating recommendations, and numerous things that help with bodily functions and mobility, but also hopes to give people with Multiple Sclerosis, and possibly people with other diseases as well, the motivation that will make their life more fulfilling.
I began to think about my life recently with my diagnosis in mind, and I truly want to share my opinions, memories, and my personal feelings with everyone.

My name is William S. Hammonds. I have a wonderful wife of which I have been happily married to for twenty-five years! We have two grown children and one grandchild. I was diagnosed in October of 1996 with Multiple Sclerosis, I worked for three more years following my diagnosis until the symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis became more than I could carry to work any longer. The fatigue, dizziness/vertigo, weakness in my legs, loss of control with balance and many more that I am sure that I am leaving out at the moment, was very difficult to manage along with my daily duties at the office. Even with all that said, I still must mention the one problem that I have due to living with this disease is the control of my bodily functions all of the time. Not only is it very difficult to handle all of the previously mentioned symptoms I bagan to have constant "bathroom" accidents when traveling to and from work or just trying to complete my normal activities. The kind of work that I did could be stressing for anyone, but someone with an illness such as Multiple Sclerosis proved to just be too much to bear. Although I went on disability in 1999 and was confined to my home, I was not going to let my illness completely stop me from fulfilling a dream that I held within me since I was a teenager. While home and thinking of what to do with my time I decided to use the many years of writing for my job to author my own words into a book. My first book was completed and self-published in May of 2005. This endeavor was fulfilling, rewarding, and somewhat challenging, but I did not quit with the completion of the first one. I continued with my second book after a two year break and self-published it in June of 2011. Order your copy today and I don't think you will be disappointed...
And thank you for giving my website a look.
